Summer Workout Program

Players will get:

  • Workout consistency

Players will work to improve their skills in all aspects of the game. The off-season is a time for development and is critical to the success of players. The expansion of a players fundamentals can be the key to success in the game of basketball and the more time one player can put in developing these skills, the more successful they will be.

Coaches will focus on the fundamental aspects of the game. Ball handling, shot form, footwork, and small details are what make the difference when improving your game.

There will be 24 workouts in the months of June and July – players are encouraged to attend every session unless conflicts come up. *Workouts are only made up if the coach is unable to attend a session and there is no substitute.

Players will be grouped into 4 players based off ability and position.

Each workout will consist of 30 minutes of skill work and 30 minutes on a Dr. Dish with a position specific coach.

Dates in June: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th
Dates in July: 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th, 31st

Price: Current Venom/BBA team members – $300.00+tax ($12.50 per workout)

Price: Non Venom/BBA members – $400.00+tax ($16.67 per workout)
